Most of you know me as a probate trial lawyer, trying inheritance cases from Palm Beach Gardens to Delray Beach. I also love to travel and love all things Italian. (They do so much right ! A Palm Beach probate appeals court just handed down, two days ago, a ruling that one’s cremated ashes are not “property” under the Florida Probate Code.  This probate case from the Delray Beach Courthouse dealt with two parents who could not agree on where to lay their son’s ashes, after the son was cremated.
