On November 23, 2017, The New York Post reported that David Cassidy, best known for his role on the 1970’s show ” The Partridge Family”, had struggled with dementia. According to the article, “more than 47 million people worldwide have dementia, with about 10 million new cases every year. The number of people with dementia is expected to rise to 75 million in 2030 and 132 million by 2050, according to the World Health Organization.”
