There are five district courts of appeals in Florida. Right now, Pankauski Hauser is in all five . Although our office is located in West Palm Beach, we represent families and beneficiaries all over Florida. The DCA’s are located in Tallahassee, Lakeland, Miami, West Palm Beach and Daytona Beach. What is the purpose of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal? These courts “provide the opportunity for thoughtful review of decisions of lower tribunals by multi-judge panels.”  Usually, the decisions of these courts represent the final appellate review of litigated cases in Florida.
