  • Well, he did not show up for trial!
  • Guess what happened next?
  • The trial court slapped him with a sanction for the costs bore by the bank to get everyone to trial!
  • Does that sound fair to you?
  • It was less than a thousand dollars but still, if you can barely afford your home as it is, that could be a death sentence for your case.
  • At the same time, if the case was so important, why not just show up?
