Directions to the Palm Beach Probate Court in West Palm Beach

  • If you are involved in probate dispute in Palm Beach, such as an inheritance lawsuit or just a plain old Palm Beach probate, here are tips of where to go and where to park in West Palm Beach.
  • 1st of all, there are 3 probate courts in Palm Beach County: on PGA Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens, on Atlantic in Delray Beach.  This commentary is about the Probate Court in West Palm Beach
  • Our probate law firm is located 3 blocks from the Probate Court on South Olive Avenue and Datura
  • 3 ways to get to the Probate Court:
    1. Take 95 to Okeechobee Blvd east to Quadrille Blvd; take a left and head north on Quadrille; courthouse is up ahead about 8-12 blocks on the right (east)
    2. Take 95 to Okeechobee Blvd east; take your second right onto Australian Avenue North; take a right on Banyan heading east; the courthouse is ahead on the left
    3. Take 95 to Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard east; take a right (south) on Australian Avenue; take a left on Banyan; the courthouse is ahead on the left

  1. On Banyan just south of the Main Courthouse there is a garage parking in the City Hall garage (you’ll see the green dome of city hall ….picture below)
  2. Banyan Garage: 1 block east of the Main Courthouse on South Olive Avenue & Banyan

  • The Probate Court in West Palm Beach is in the Main Courthouse in downtown West Palm Beach at 205 North Dixie Highway
  • The Probate Court is on the 4th Floor
  • The Main Courthouse is sandwiched between railroad tracks (Quadrille Blvd) on the west; Banyan St. and Clematis Street (which is on the south); and the instracoastal which is about 3 blocks to the east
  • The green dome of City Hall is just to the south of the Main Courthouse (you’ll see it as you approach on your drive)
  • There is a cafeteria in the Main Courthouse
  • 1 block south of the courthouse is Clematis Street which has a number of places to eat : there is a Dunkin Donuts at the City Hall Library and a Starbucks just east of South Olive Avenue
  • There is free trolley service to take you around the downtown, including to CityPlace
