Jose Fernandez was a pitcher for the Miami Marlins. At only twenty-four  years old, he had proven to Major League Baseball to be a star. Arnold Palmer, a famous golfer and drink inventor, passed away a legend at 87 years old. Who will inherit from their estates? Did Jose Fernandez have a Florida will at such a young age?
