The Florida Bar Recognizes Appellate Attorney Robert Hauser For His Dedicated Service and Outstanding Leadership to the Appellate Practice Certification Committee
Robert Hauser is a partner at Pankauski Hauser PLLC in West Palm Beach, Florida. He recently received recognition from The Florida Bar for his six years of service on Florida’s Appellate Practice Certification Committee.
The Florida Bar recognized him for his dedicated service and outstanding leadership, including service as Vice Chair in 2013-14 and Chair in 2014-15. The Committee processes applications for certification and recertification in Appellate Practice, including the drafting and grading of the annual certification exam in Appellate Practice. Hauser has been a member of the committee since June 1, 2011; his six-year commitment will end this month. He is honored to have been a committee member.
Hauser has over 20 years of experience in private practice. Before joining Pankauski Hauser PLLC, Mr. Hauser was a shareholder at a West Palm Beach litigation boutique for 17 years. The cases he handled included disputes in the medical, legal, and business fields, including disputes in arbitration, state courts, federal courts, and on appeal. Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Hauser was a law clerk at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami from 1995-1996. Mr. Hauser is listed as a “Top Lawyer” in business litigation by South Florida Legal Guide, and as a “SuperLawyer” in Appellate Practice by Florida SuperLawyers Magazine.
Since June 1, 2009, Hauser has been named a Board Certified Specialist by The Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. Hauser remains available to consult regarding litigation and pending or potential final or non-final appeals in state, federal, or bankruptcy courts. He also offers trial and appellate support in almost any area of law, including personal injury, products liability, securities fraud, family law, class actions, probate/trust disputes, business disputes, real estate disputes, and county-to-circuit appeals.
