Pankauski to Speak on Estate Planning, Probate & Ethics

West Palm Beach, FL probate litigator John Pankauski and Joseph Bierwirth will speak today at 12:00 noon at the South County Courthouse, Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida.  Their topic is:  10 Things Estate Planners & Probate Attorneys Need to do to Improve & Protect Their Practice.  Joe Bierwirth is a probate litigator with the Boston firm Hemenway & Barnes.  Pankauski and Bierwirth will address approximately 50 Florida probate attorneys and Florida estate planning attorneys and discuss issues of probate administration, preparing wills and trusts, ethics, malpractice and related issues.   The seminar is sponsored by the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and will be held on the second floor in a probate courtroom.
