Pankauski Hauser Prevails in Six Figure Fee Hearing: F.S 733.106

Allison Sabocik, trial attorney at Pankauski Hauser, won a major fee hearing in Naples probate court in a contentious, adversarial proceeding.  Allison successfully petitioned the probate court for a determination of a reasonable amount of attorney’s fees and costs in a contested probate matter going on for nearly two years.

She represented the beneficiary of the estate and prevailed in obtaining an award of the entire fee requested, plus all costs incurred for well over a year and a half of work.
