Pankauski Hauser Attorney Allison Sabocik Has Been Asked to Speak at the Fourth DCA

Allison Sabocik, Esq. of Pankauski Hauser has been asked by the Elder Law Affairs Committee of the Palm Beach Bar Association to present the Florida legislative and case law update at the 20th Annual Elder Law Seminar. The seminar will be held on Thursday, November 9,2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Ms.Sabocik is an experienced trust and estate litigation and administration attorney. Her experience includes complex and high dollar trials and appeals for guardianship, trustee, estate, and probate matters, including bank account lawsuits, homestead matters, estate litigation, power of attorney litigation and fiduciary proceedings. Ms. Sabocik joined the Firm in 2009 after practicing law at a trust and estate firm in Palm Beach County. She is a member of Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section as well as the Florida Bar’s Appellate Law Section.
