Pankauski Announces Second Book on Family Wealth and Inheritance Fights: possible June release set

John Pankauski, a probate litigation attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida has announced that he completed a second book on family wealth and inheritance fights, the subject matter of his work: probate litigation.  “I’m about 90-95% finished with my second book on probate litigation” said Pankauski, arriving back recently from a trip to the Far East which included Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Vietnam.  The founder of the Pankauski Law Firm PLLC in West Palm Beach, FL, the law firm is a boutique firm which restricts its practice to administration and litigation involving wills, trusts and estates  in Florida.  Pankauski is a probate attorney whose practices includes Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida,  is the author of a book on trustees and what it means for an individual, rather than a professional, to serve as trustee of a family trust.  His first book is being printed now and is expected to be released February 1st. Pankauski’s book on serving as a trustee of a family trust is titled: The Trustees Book : An Individual’s Guide, which chronicles mishaps and misjudgments by both trustees and beneficiaries of family trusts and family wealth, and all the disagreements and litigation which can go with them.  The new, second, book is a concise list of 12 chapters giving examples of current litigation issues facing beneficiaries of wills and trusts, as well as surviving spouses, children, heirs, descendants and stepmothers, stepfathers and stepchildren.  It reads like a books of short stories and reveals typical present day situations affecting probate litigators, estate attorneys and those who inherit from a parent or loved one.   The title recognizes the trillions of dollars of wealth which is passing from the WWII generation to the Baby Boomers and Generations X and Y. “If you are a Florida resident, or a citizen with an estate, whether small or $100 Million, you need to read about how your heirs and family will fight over your wealth when you are dead” said Pankauski.  ” Likewise, if you are beneficiary, or someone who has been cut out of a will or trust or an estate, in Florida or anywhere, you will find this book an interesting read.”
