Pankauski Hauser PLLC is excited to have Alex Briggs as part of our team of Florida probate litigators. Alex is an experienced West Palm Beach attorney whose practice focuses on probate and trust litigation. He has also represented individuals, municipalities, and corporations in real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Alex divides his time between the probate courtroom, where he skillfully handles trials and persuasively argues motions, and the office, where he develops effective and efficient litigation strategy, deposes witnesses, gathers evidence, and prepares for the courtroom. Alex prides himself in his exceptional client service, zealous advocacy, and professionalism towards fellow attorneys.

Alex is a native of Kansas. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and competed with distinction in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having lived in Kazakhstan from 2005-2007, where he worked as an English teacher.
