I was in Lincoln, Nebraska the other week to watch Nebraska play the Miami Hurricanes Football team. I can honestly say that the people from Nebraska were polite, inviting, and very friendly.  But as this recent,September, 2014 probate litigation case reveals, they also sue people for undue influence.  This recent case may be of interest to anyone who is involved in a probate or a will contest or will challenge.  This case has nothing to do with the University of Miami.

March, 2011 Will Invalid Based Upon Undue Influence
