Florida Probate Law Update: new Florida estate law July 1, 2015
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA PROBATE UPDATE…. the Governor of Florida has signed new Florida probate laws, effective July 1, 2015. If you are involved in a Palm Beach probate, a Florida estate, or deal with the personal representative of a Florida estate, also called an “executor” outside of Florida, you need to read this new probate law.

- Florida Probate Code Section 733.106 regarding costs and attorneys fees in Palm Beach probate matters and Florida estates
- Florida Probate Code Section 733.212 regarding a Florida notice of estate administration or probate administration, also called a “notice of administration” under the Florida probate code
