On February 26, 2017, The New York Times reported that actor Bill Paxton had passed away. “Twister,” “Titanic” and “Apollo 13,” are just a few of the movies he is known for. He was only 61 years old when he passed away unexpectedly from complications from a surgery. Did he have a will or a proper estate plan in place? Which probate litigation law firm will handle the probate process for his estate?
