$70,000,000 Trust Dispute May Hit Home for Viacom TV Mogul

Sumner Redstone Revokes $70,000,000 Bequest to Former Companion

Sumner Redstone is a media mogul worth millions, and up until October of 2015 it was all going to go to his former girlfriend, Manuela Herzer.
That included about $50,000,000 and an LA Mansion worth $20,000,000.
Not a bad inheritance right?
As of October though, Mr. Redstone took her off the trust documents and is instead leaving everything to charity.
He also removed her from his health directives, that would allow her to make health care decisions on his behalf.
I doubt the two are a coincidence.
Now, the woman is claiming that he lacked the capacity to do that!

His attorneys call it all meritless.
