Where is Anna Nicole Smith’s Fortune and Daughter Now?

Do you remember the huge Florida estate battle that occurred when Anna Nicole Smith passed away nearly a decade ago? She passed away at the Hard Rock in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. What happened with her Florida estate?

On February 8,2017, the Miami Herald published an article about Smith’s inheritance battles and what happened to her daughter.This article recaps what went on nearly a decade ago during the probate process in Florida. The probate litigators handling Smith’s estate had to deal with a lot of controversy including determining paternity of her daughter, Dannielynn.  According to the article, the man who was listed on Dannielynn’s birth certificate did not turn out to be Dannielynn’s biological father. A man named Larry Birkhead sued for paternity and turned out to be her father. Another man also sued for paternity.  Dannielynn now lives with her father, Birkhead, full time.

What happened to Howard Marshall’s estate? Did Dannielynn inherit after he mother died? In case you don’t remember, Marshall was Smith’s elderly husband. In fact, he was 63 years older than Smith! When he passed away, Smith sued claiming that, although she was not in Marshall’s will, he intended to make sure she was taken care of. Although Smith won a $474 million judgement, a court ruled in 2014 that Dannielynn would not inherit anything from Marshall’s estate.
