Trust Attorneys and Estate Attorneys to Meet in Chicago for 2014 ABA Conference

The 2014 annual meeting for the Real Property, Estate & Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association will take place May 1st in Chicago.   John Pankauski, Vice Chair of the Ethics and Malpractice Sub Committee, from West Palm Beach, Florida, will register and expects to be in attendance.  There should be a handful of Florida probate attorneys, Florida attorneys who prepare wills and trusts and some Florida estate administration attorneys in attendance.  Pankauski is the only Florida probate litigator to hold a leadership position with the ABA.
