- If a probate has been opened, you can find out who the executor or personal representative is. The personal representative(PR) will run the estate.
- Get involved! Contact the PR or their attorney. If you don’t have an attorney, send a letter to them or file some type of appearance in the probate proceeding so that you can get copies of documents.
