Sibling Rivalry

A dislike or a disdain for a brother or a sister, or maybe an in-law, that’s been festering for a while sometimes comes to an ugly head when mom or dad pass away, and you’re involved in a probate administration. Certainly, when you’re involved in probate litigation, you have brothers or sisters suing each other over an inheritance or a trust or an estate.
