Reformation is a subject of a very specific provision in the Florida Trust code. But be careful. You need to understand what reformation is and you need to understand the dangers that lurk around the corner.

When we talk about reforming a trust, we’re talking about changing it. Not necessarily rewriting it, but correcting a mistake. If there was a mistake in a Florida Trust, we can reform it.
