Objecting to a Florida Will

Can You Object to the Will Before a Person Dies?

Generally speaking, the answer is no. To object to a will, the person must already be deceased. The Florida Probate Code has a specific provision concerning will contests (chapter 732.518). There some exceptions however. If you feel the will was improperly procured during life, you may be able to have that will declared invalid under circumstances.
