Guardianship and Healthcare Documents

Most people will have healthcare documents as part of their estate planning. They may have a living will, the healthcare proxy, an advanced healthcare directive, a Do Not Resuscitate order. These are all important parts of your person, your personal estate planning documents. Not so much your money but what do you want to do with yourself. If you have these documents in place, coordinated with a power of attorney and a revocable trust, you may not need a guardianship. Which may keep you and your finances more private and less costly.
