Florida Probate Law and Simultaneous Deaths

What happens when the beneficiary of an inheritance dies at the same time as the benefactor.

This is known as Simultaneous Deaths as it pertains to the Florida Probate Code. Chapter 732.601 deals with this issue if it is not so covered in either of the wills. If in doubt, speak the advise of an experienced Probate attorney.
