Read Florida Probate Code, section 733.6175. That’s a very specific Florida law, Florida Probate law that has to do with filing a petition to challenge the attorney fees of that estate lawyer who is charging to much. But remember, that is full blown litigation so you need to be prepared for a fee fight and know the special rules that apply in Florida probate.
