Now if you want to claim your inheritance in Florida, there is 3 important things you need to know all you need. First of all, you need to know what your rights are and how much you inherit. Two, you need to know where to go to obtain your inheritance you may have to file a probate and open up an entire estate but you may not. You may be able to accomplish getting your inheritance by filing proper letters, getting the proper proof to Banks, Annuity companies and getting life insurance proceeds. Knowing where to go to get your inheritance is important because sometimes you can do it quickly, sometimes it’s going to take more time.

Finally the third thing that you will want to consider is if you need an attorney or not and if you do, how to find a good one. In many cases you simply don’t need a lawyer in Florida to go get your inheritance but if you are going to want to run the estate, if you need to open up a probate you are going to need a Florida probate attorney. My suggestion is that you interview them closely because people may fight you for your inheritance or try to cut off your inheritance rights. In those circumstances it may make sense to hire a litigation lawyer who only handles probate and estate disputes.
