- 5 months from when? (read the probate law)
- The point is this: probate beneficiaries should monitor the estate and receive information from the executor of the Palm Beach probate
- But beneficiaries can’t demand your inheritance within 5 months
- In fact, if it’s a large estate with probate litigation issues, like a Will Contest Palm Beach, or an estate tax return to be filed, don’t expect your full inheritance until those matters are resolved
