What does North Korea’s recent nuclear tests have to do with Florida probate litigation? More than you might think. Many believe that North Korea is bluffing about a hydrogen bomb, and that it is really a different, less deadly bomb. Again, what does that have to do with estate litigation in Florida?
Probate Litigation is Not Poker, Bluffing Probably Will Not Work

- If you are not an expert on nuclear arms you may be saying everyone already knew he had nukes.

- Actually a hydrogen bomb is different from conventional atomic bombs.
- A hydrogen bomb uses fusion of hydrogen atoms where as an atomic bomb uses fission of materials.
- In regular terms, a hydrogen bomb is much much more destructive.
- So again what does this have to do with Florida estate lawyers and probate lawyers in Florida?
- Like the Kim’s hydrogen bomb, if you threaten to hire a Florida will contest lawyer you better be prepared to use it.

- This is eerily similar to the issues with North Korea as even though they do have a working nuclear bomb they lack the technology to send it anywhere.
- Threats and big balls of fire do not persuade people, facts do.
