- We have two positions currently open.
- The first position is anadministrative position ideal for a recent J.D. (law grad) who does not want to practice: it involves dealing with prospective clients (“intake”) and writing solid, intelligent commentary and case law analysis and updates on recent Florida and nation-wide cases involving wills, trusts, estates, probate andguardianship. A background in probate is helpful but not necessary.
- The second position is for a10+ year trial attorney/litigator with serious trial experience and “working” cases. No probate litigation experience is necessary, buttrial and courtroom experience, along with an in-depth understanding of evidence and civil procedure, certainly is.
- Our West Palm Beach probate litigation law firm is a small “boutique” which handles probate litigation, estate administration, and disputes involving wills, trusts,Florida guardianship, as well as business litigation, commercial disputes and appeals.
