Heirs were attacking a will of a wealthy woman from Boca Raton who left all her money to charity. I pushed the will challenge case to trial, and survived three attempts by other probate lawyers in Delray Beach Probate Court to delay…..until the last one.
Can You Delay a Trial on a Will Contest?

- A probate court judge in Palm Beach County may postpone a trial in his or her absolute discretion, or if the interests of justice are served
