- All State’s (Florida included) have instituted something called a slayer statute.
- This prevents someone from benefitting from the death of someone they murdered.

B.B. King Poisoned?
- Las Vegas police have launched a homicide investigation into the death of B. B. King after his daughter claimed that his aides poisoned him!
- King died at the age of 89 on May 14 in Las Vegas.

- King also suffered from Type II diabetes for the last two decades of his life.
- Two of King’s daughters have alleged that his business manager poisoned him.
- Apparently the end of King’s life was plagued by a dispute between the family and management about what type of care to administer to King.
- The attorney for King’s estate has dismissed the accusations calling them ridiculous.
